What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. The Shinely shop also uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) - for example, to remember the contents of your basket.
Necessary - they work without consent
Without them the shop would not work properly:
- basket (neycommerce_cart_v2) - the contents of your basket, until it is emptied,
- your choice in the cookie banner (neycommerce_consent_v2) - so that we do not ask again; the choice applies to every language version of the shop,
- chosen language version (nc_lang) - only if you choose the shop's language yourself, for 12 months,
- chosen delivery country (nc_market) - only if you choose the delivery country yourself, for 12 months; the delivery country determines the currency, prices and delivery methods,
- discount code entered in the basket - until the end of the browser session,
- order details on this device (neycommerce_customer_v2) - including the chosen delivery country, only if you tick “Remember my details on this device”; the details never leave your browser, and unticking the box on your next order deletes them,
- preview session - only for shop staff viewing the shop before changes are published.
Statistics and marketing - only with consent
After you click “Accept all”, the shop may start the tools it uses: Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years), Meta pixel (_fbp, up to 3 months) and TikTok pixel (_ttp, up to 13 months). They are used to measure traffic and the effectiveness of advertising. If you choose “Necessary only”, none of these tools is started.
How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the shop footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings - however, blocking necessary cookies may make it impossible to place an order. You can read more about how we process data in the Privacy policy.
