Yes. You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive your parcel.
Wash them at 30-40°C separately from other fabrics, using a dedicated microfiber wash liquid or mild liquid soap. Do not use washing powders, bleaches or fabric softeners, as they clog the fibres. Air dry naturally; do not tumble dry or iron.
Yes, we recommend washing towels and cloths before using them for the first time. This primes the fibres to absorb water and pick up dirt much better.

Yes. For delivery to Poland, tick in the order form that you want an invoice for a company and enter the tax identification number and company details - we will issue the invoice to those details.
